Domestic shipping

Our small team will process your order within 24 hours, but may face delays during busy periods. We aim to ship all products within 3 business days of receiving your order.

While shipping within Australia is free for orders $150 and over, orders under $150 come with a $9.00 shipping fee. All orders within Australia are shipped via the eco-friendly Sendle service or Australia Post.

International Shipping

We now ship internationally!

A flat rate of $15 applies on all deliveries to New Zealand.

To the rest of the world a flat rate of $25 applies to all deliveries.

All orders will be sent via eco-friendly Sendle service.


Returns

Returns and Exchanges

We offer refunds and exchanges on full-priced items purchased online within 7 business days of receipt of goods. Please email contact@violetclarkstudio.com to request a return.

Items must be in original condition and include original packaging.

All refunds are applied in line with the original payment method and based on the value of the item(s) returned, minus shipping costs. Please note we cannot amend refunds to support different payment methods or persons. Your funds will appear in your account within 3 business days once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method.

Refunds are not available on gift cards or discounted items, including promotional discounts.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt to arrange a replacement, repair or refund. Please email contact@violetclarkstudio.com.

Items with manufacturing faults detected after wear must be reported within 3 months of purchase for replacement or repair, if possible.

Keep in mind items damaged as a result of incorrect care or general wear are not considered faulty.

Please note: Refunds and exchanges will only be processed once we’ve received a receipt or proof of purchase and confirmed item(s) are unused and in original condition and packaging.

We recommend you consider tracking services when returning items, as we are not liable for lost packages or the cost of return postage.
